Avizo hires interns to work alongside our team every spring semester. We offer full-time tax positions and part-time admin options. We love our profession and want you to love it too! An internship at Avizo is designed to be more than just checking the box off for school credits. You’ll get hands-on technical and soft skill learning, one-on-one coaching, and a team who is invested in your growth.

Internship Options
Tax Internship
For Juniors, Seniors, Master’s Program, and Recent Grads
- Start your internship learning commonly used accounting software like QuickBooks and Xero to prepare 1099s, W-2s, W-4s, and help with monthly bookkeeping tasks.
- Move into preparing tax return using innovative software to organize documents and prepare individual (1040) tax returns.
- Must be a full-time internship.
Admin Internship
For Freshmen, Sophomores, and Juniors
- Gain real-world insight into how an accounting firm operates while developing essential skills in communication, organization, and time management.
- Provide support by intaking and scanning tax documents, learning advanced software, and supporting office functions.
- Part-time flexible internship.

Are Your Internships Paid?
Yes, both our tax and admin internships are hourly paid positions.
Can I Intern if I've Graduated?
Yes, we accept interns who want to gain experience in public accounting, even if they do not need school credits.
When Do You Accept Interns?
We accept applications to our internship program year-round. Typically, we hire interns for the spring tax season to work from the beginning of February through mid-April.
