Thanks to our internal initiative, Project 40, we’re dedicated to life-work balance.  That means we strive to work 40-hour weeks, year-round.  We work diligently as a team during our 40 hours and we celebrate successes at events planned by our Fun Committee.

We Focus on Learning

We provide growth and development in niche areas that interest you.  Our team is made of people who invest in their own growth through reading, writing, listening, and learning. 

Outside of standard CPE, our continuous learning efforts include monthly firm-wide Lunch & Learns, internal and external leadership training, niche training, and technology training.

Life-Work Balance

Thanks to Project 40™, our initiative dedicated to the goal of working 40 hours per week, year-round, we offer flex schedules so you can work at the times that work best for you. Plus, from April-December, we get off at 1:00 on Fridays!

We're a Lean TEAM

We don’t work in silos at Avizo. Our firm has a dynamic team environment, which means we share our work and help each other.  That means sometimes you could be working outside of your department to help another meet a goal.

Since every project involves multiple team members, everyone takes a Kolbe Assessment so we can learn how to rely on each other’s strengths. We also apply Lean Six Sigma to ensure the processes in each department are as efficient as possible.

We're Involved in Our Communities

Whether its attending Chamber events, joining a civic club, or just volunteering for events/races/golf/clay tournaments, we allow everyone the opportunity to get involved in the community.
