Our offices remain open. Some of our staff has chosen to remain quarantined and are working remotely from home. For many years, we have put in place innovative technology and processes to allow flexibility for our team and uninterrupted service to you. Although we remain open, we encourage our clients to practice social distancing efforts and stay home if needed. Here are some of the options we’re providing to help reduce the spread of the virus:
- TaxCaddy for Uploading Tax Documents: This is most secure way to get information to us at this time. It is simple to use, it’s free, and it’s secure. Email Kari Wolfe at [email protected] to get an invitation to TaxCaddy.
- SafeSend to Receive/Sign Returns: We will send you an electronic version of your returns that you can sign through our SafeSend system. If you are unsure how to sign electronically, our staff can walk you through the process, just call our office at 251-928-2443.
- Online Credit Card Payment: We’re waiving the 3% credit card transaction fee through October 31, 2020. This has the double- benefit of allowing you to credit the payment AND make it easily from home.
- Virtual Meetings: If you want to discuss anything going on, we are happy to set up a virtual meeting through Zoom.
